Shin ram yun noodles spinach egg soup

The weather is too cold; it’s best to cook shin ram yun noodles with leftover of spinach egg soup recipe at the bottom. I have some dried anchovies and might use them to add flavour to the soup. My soup is comforting, healthy, spicy, and delicious. Let’s cook!!!!

Ingredients

Spinach egg soup

4 bunches spinach, stems removed, washed and drained
3 large eggs
1 Tbs dried anchovies
2 Tsp minced garlic
1 L water
salt
pepper
oil

Shin ram yun noodles

1 packet of shin ram yun noodles

Method

In a pot heat 1 Tbs oil on medium heat. Add garlic stir until lightly brown. Add anchovies stir for about 1 minutes. Lower heat, add water bring to boil. Next add spinach, mix around to cook it about 7 minutes until wiltered. Put kettle on.

Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl, and pour in to soup. Stir constantly to get the egg looks like scramble but in small curl pieces. Add seasoning. Once eggs are done. Turn off heat.

Open the shin ram yun noodles packet, empty into the bowl. Pour the hot water into the noodles. Place in microwave to cook the noodles about 6-7 minutes until softened. Drain the hot water. Now add in the condiments that comes with the noodles. Mixed well, and ladle enough soup and spinach egg into the flavoured from condiments noodles. Enjoy!!!
