
Bought bee hoon instant noodles and fried combination balls on sale today. Then in my fridge there are some leftover mushroom stock and I got homegrown spring onion. Today, I am adding preserved olives leaves to my bee hoon noodles soup for more flavour.

Ingredients
1 packet bee hoon instant noodles
4 fried combination balls
1 stalk spring onion, cut to bite size
1 Tbs preserved olives leaves
100 ml mushroom stock
hot boiling water
Method
Put kettle on. Open the bee hoon noodles packet, the condiments that comes with it into the deep bowl. Once boiled, pour into a deep bowl with bee hoon and condiments inside.
Add mushroom stock, combination balls and put into microwave to cook for 6-7 minutes until combination balls puff up. Bring out from microwave, the combination balls will shrink back a bit. That’s ok.
Now add in spring onions and preserved olives leaves. Stir to mixed well. Enjoy!!!
