Pan mee minced pork with vegetables soup

Bought pan mee and bok choy on sale. My mom gave me some oyster sauce, minced pork, and vegetables. My lunch is usually packet noodles, especially shin ram yun. They are not on sale. I will change to pan mee for a while.

“Pan mee is a popular Hakka noodle dish, especially in Malaysia and Singapore. It features flat noodles that can be hand-pulled or machine-cut, served in a flavourful soup or dry with various toppings. It’s known for being customizable and has simple, satisfying flavours. Pan mee can also be a healthy meal, especially with ingredients like leafy greens, mushrooms, and lean protein. Common toppings include minced pork, mushrooms, leafy greens, fried anchovies, and a poached egg.”

My pan mee is hearty, comforting and delicious. Let’s cook!!!
