
My simple lunch is always shin ram yun noodle. Decided to finished off pork balls and some cabbage. So, I can get new batch of pork balls and get a bigger cabbage as I use them all the time. Cabbage are versatile, can be fried, cooked in soup and in oven, also can be added with any ingredients.

My quick simple shin ram yun is spicy, comforting, and delicious. Let’s cook!!!
Ingredients
1 packet shin ram yun
5 pork balls
2 cabbage leaves, cut into bite size
hot boiling water
Method
Bring kettle to a boil. Open the shin ram yun packet and empty it into a deep bowl. Open the condiments too and place into the bowl with noodle. Defrost pork balls for 2-4 minutes, if take out straight from freezer, in microwave.
Wash and cut the cabbage leaves, add to the noodle, condiments and when pork balls have defrosted too put into the bowl. Now the water is boiled, pour enough into the prepared bowl and place a plate below the bowl for easy to carry out from microwave to the table also prevent the soup spilling over the microwave turntable. You don’t have to put a plate if you don’t want too.
Microwave the noodle, and ingredients for 6 minutes. Halfway through gives a couple of stirs too loosen the noodle. Continue to cook until everything are cooked. Carefully bring out as it is hot. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!!
