Take the stress out of shopping and cooking by preparing ahead of time and create affordable and delicious meals without wasting food and time. Clean out my pantry and combine some of the spices that I don’t often use into an all-purpose spice blend.
Try mixing 2 Tbs garlic powder, 2 Tbs onion powder, 3 Tbs chili powder, I tbs marjoram, 1 Tbs oregano, 1 Tbs rosemary and 2 Tbs black pepper to go with fish, meat or vegetables. Store my spice blend in an airtight container in a cool, dark place after using some on this dish.
Then clean out my fridge and combine black olives slices, carrots with yoghurt and thickened cream that will be expire in 3 and 5 days’ time. Clean my freezer using fava bean, green peas and cubes red capsicums. Swap my love chorizo for pork sausages. Swap my rigatoni for big shell pasta. Put away curry meal for baked meal.
Create a gorgeous eating dish with ease, using a selective of aromatic spice and healthy yoghurt with thickened cream and bake for less utensils to wash. Using an excuse to sit in front of TV to watch MasterChef. Thus, it is a simple meal anyone can prepare it.
