Figs smoothie with blueberries

With abundant of figs in my garden. I have decided to make figs smoothie as my yoghurt will expired in 3 days. I love smoothie of all fruits flavour. It really help me from constantly eating junk. Some days, I just have smoothie for dinner. It’s fast and easy no hassle of cleaning the stove and kitchen utensils.

In addition, with about 85 g leftovers blueberries, I decided to add in as garnish. My figs smoothies is healthy delicious refreshing. Let’s make figs smoothies.


10-12 plum figs, cut into bite size
10 Tbs yoghurt
1/8 c water
a squirt of honey
a pinch of nutmeg




Put figs, yoghurt and water into blender. Blend till smooth and squeezed honey and add nutmeg in and blend for a few second to combine. Pour into tall glasses and chill for 25 minutes. Just before serving drop some blueberries into each smoothie. Enjoy!!!!
