Zucchini, pea and ham macaroni soup

Weekend simple easy quick tasty dinner with five ingredients. After the whole day outing coming home feeling tired to cook. So, open the pantry and grab a can of pea and ham soup and next grab macaroni.

Then I open my fridge and grab leftover half zucchini might as well dump in and create a hearty comfort meal. Don’t like wasting food. This is tasty, healthy comfort meal anyone can make. Let’s cook. Hungry!!!!


1 can of pea and ham soup
180 g macaroni
half zucchini, cubes
1/2 can water

black pepper
sprinkle chili flakes (opt)


Place zucchini and macaroni in microwave, cook for about 16 minutes. In the last 7 minutes of cooking, open the can of soup. Place in a pot on medium heat. Add water and stir to combine.

Spoon up zucchini with a slotted spoon and add in to the soup. Drain macaroni and put into the soup. Stir to mix well. Simmer a further 3 minutes. Stir to mix well and season with salt and pepper. Spoon in to bowl, sprinkle chili flakes and serve with a glass of white wine.
