Would you like to have a fun creative breakfast? You can get your children to learn and cook together for weekend. Let them enjoy the activity in the kitchen and of course with an adult supervising them if they are very young.
Got up and felt like having a creative fun breakfast so, I went to my fridge and get the ingredients that I have. Just a trial and experiment cooking. To occupy myself with what food I have leftover. I didn’t want to go out as well as it’s a very hot day at 35 degrees C. Just wanted to stay home relaxed and perhaps do laundry and house cleaning.
It can be multi-staking in-between waiting for breakfast to be ready. Quickly water my garden too before the heat get to the ground. Anyway, my breakfast is simple, colourful, and delicious. Let’s cook!!!
Ingredients
4 slices of bread
4 eggs
1 punnet of blueberries
1/8 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
butter to spread the bread
salt and pepper
Parmesan grated cheese
oil to grease the bowls
Method
Preheat oven 180 degrees C. Spread butter on bread. Grease bowl with a bit of oil. Then cut a hole in the middle of bread and place each bread in each bowl.
Crack each egg in the middle of the bread. The sprinkle blueberries, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in oven for about 30-40 minutes or until egg are cooked and bread are lightly toasted. Serve with orange juice.
Note: Oven temperature may vary. You might put longer or less minutes.
