Greek pasta salad

I saw on google this Greek pasta salad. I decided to try it out. This is my first time ever to make pasta. I added salami in it as I needed to have meat. You can omit it.

The original recipe is attached at the bottom. Since then, I love eating pasta. The pasta is colourful delicious tempting. It’s so easy, great if you don’t have time to cook or if you are hungry. Let’s cook!!!!

Ingredients

300 g fusilli pasta spirals
225 g bag prepared fresh baby spinach
250 g punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
100 g black olives (bought kalamata from the deli counter)
100 g shredded Parmesan cheese
100 g feta cheese
1 small salami, thinly sliced (OPT)
3 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Put fusilli into a large pan of boiling salted water and bring to boil for 10 minutes. Next add half spinach, stir well and boil for another 2 minutes. Drain into a colander and leave to drip-dry. Then set aside.

Add tomatoes, olives and feta into a big bowl, grind lots of black pepper over and then drizzle with the olive oil. Next toss in the drained pasta and spinach. Now add the remaining fresh spinach and serve with glass of white wine.

Note: You can omit salami. You may use grated cheese instead of feta. Or you can use any type of pasta homemade or fresh. You can use feta cheese.
