I have recreated from a Tall order foodies + recipe using cloud egg. I could not find Tall order website. Here is my version cloud eggs. Food from the pantry and fridge. Add fried chicken that I have made and freeze. If you had not any fried chicken. Fry them your own chicken. The recipe is included.
Usually, egg is for breakfast in most countries, as for me I have eggs for brunch, lunch, snack, dinner or even supper. They are quick to cook as simple meals or they can be creative. So, here’s the creative version.
I know it not pretty looking. I am in for the taste and comfort. When you are in lockdown you have to salvage any food, you can get and make a new meal. This is my comfort meal. Enjoy!!!!
1 egg 800 g, fresh cold, separate yolk and white to make cloud
1 slice of bread, cut a circle using food stack ring in the circle of bread
1 small piece of chicken breast
1/8 of sweet potato, parboiled
butter for buttering bread
1 Tbs fish sauce
Preheat the oven 180 degrees C. Marinade breast with salt, pepper and fish sauce, then fry the breast until cooked and skin crispy. Set aside and keep warm with foil. Bring water to boil the sweet potato. Set aside and keep warm with foil.
Crack the egg and separate the yolk and white. Heat pan with oil. Spread butter on bread and cut a circle. Then place the bread in the pan and pour the white. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Then place the circle bread on top. Next place yolks on to the circle bread.
Transfer to oven and cook for about 3 -4 minutes. when done to your liking the yolk texture, remove from oven and place the chicken that you have sliced and sweet potato then serve immediately.
