Brussel sprouts with pork and veal minced slices noodle soup

This is simply easy and great noodle soup from the pantry and fridge. Some food can be in freezer to save time. You can easily get it out from freezer and thawed then microwave or cook to warm it up. Anyone can make it very fast and hot.

The recipe pork and veal minced with kai lan is attached at the bottom. Prepare in advance up to 2 days to 5 days. Let’s cook!!!


1 packet bee hoon noodle soup with condiments – 2 minutes noodles
3 bulbs of Brussel sprouts
4 pieces of pork and veal minced slices – made in advance, freeze
boiling water
3 Tbs XO chili sauce
2 tbs extra hot chili (Optional)


Boil water, add into the packet condiments in a bowl with Brussel sprouts. Microwave the veg for 9 minutes; remove from bowl cut into half and put back in the soup . Then add pork and veal minced slices; microwave for a further 5 minutes. Next add the XO chili and extra hot chili with the noodle; microwave a further 2 – 2.5 minutes. Once done, remove from microwave. Serve with white wine.
