Apple cinnamon oat chia with cranberries

Got double cream that is going to expire in two days. Also, I have an apple that is bruised and some cranberries left. Best use them with rolled oat. I came out with a healthy breakfast idea.

It takes just a few minutes in the evening to blend rolled oats, chia seeds, molasses, lemon juice, cinnamon and double cream and you have a head start on a healthy breakfast the following morning. Let’s get healthy breakfast done.

Ingredients

1/2 c rolled oats
200 ml double cream
4 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tsp lemon juice
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 apple
molasses (OPT)

Garnish

1/2 apple soak in dilute a few drops of lemon juice in water
cranberries

Method

Combine oats, double cream, chia seeds, lemon juice, 1/2 diced apple, cinnamon, and squirt a tiny drop of molasses in Nutri Bullet. Blend well, cover with lid and refrigerate overnight. Next day, spoon into glasses, garnish with apple along with cranberries. Enjoy a healthy breakfast.
