Crumbled salmon in apple and mushroom sauce with salad

I have not had salmon for ages. Thought I should eat salmon as it’s healthy. Even though it’s not on sale I bought it. I also have apples from my sister that have been sitting in my fruit bowl for more than 10 days, if I don’t use it, it will be rotten.

In my fridge my mushrooms too have been left for too long, it will be rotten if I don’t use it. Also got salad which its still good. Now I can create a complete healthy meal and not to feel stressed, that the salmon price is over my budget. Since my success in making crumbled tofu. I decided to try it on my salmon.

First, I steam the salmon fillets then coat it with flour, cornflour and experiment using semolina flour. For flavour added these powder: garlic, ginger, chili, nutmeg, and marjoram. Season with salt and black pepper.
