Poached eggs,stir fry kale,cabbage, bacon mustard in truffle blanched oil

Weekend cooking. Try to be creative and have leftovers red cabbage, kale and bacon. Trying my Christmas pressie truffle oil from my sister. Using my last Dijon mustard so I can have space in my pantry.

This is my first time trying poached eggs in this method. Its looks great and success. You can use any method of poaching eggs. I am glad to make myself a healthy brunch with the ingredients I have.

It’s healthy simple brunch and creative make my stomach satisfied with a small portion. Enjoy!!!!!
