1 -2 bunches of cos lettuce, washed, cut into bite size
2 stalks celery, washed, cut into bite size
3 – 5 Tbs olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 Tbs marmalade jam
1/4 c water or even less about 1/8 c
pink Himalaya salt and white pepper
Heat frying pan with oil. Then fry garlic until fragrant,add celery fry for 2 minutes. Then add cos lettuce; fry a further 5 minutes until wilted. Next season with salt and pepper. Then add a bit of water and marmalade stir well to mix in.
Remove from work serve hot with rice and other meat dishes.
