1 bought pizza base
1 bought smoked trout dip
3 color capsicums, remove membrane, cut into bite size
1/2 bunch kale, removed stem, chopped up
1 punnet tomatoes medley, cut into quarter
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 small can beetroots
3 small gherkins, thinly sliced
200 g mushroom, thinly sliced
1 small can pineapple, thinly sliced
1 packet pizza cheese
Salt and pepper

Spread the smoked trout dip on to the pizza. Then arrange all the vegetable and season with salt and pepper. Then place cheese on top. Baked accordingly to the packet about 30-40 mins on preheated oven 180 deg.
